Lunar Rituals

For centuries, the moon has been observed as a quiet influence on natural cycles - the tides, the growth of plants, and the rhythms of rest and renewal. Many people notice that their own energy, emotions, and sensitivity also shift subtly across the lunar cycle.

At Moonflower, lunar phases are used as a gentle framework for care rather than a rule to follow. The moon offers a language for noticing when to rest, when to nourish, and when to gently re-energise. But there is no requirement to feel a certain way or arrive in perfect alignment.

New Moon rituals tend to support rest, simplicity, and settling.
Full Moon rituals often invite warmth, release, and circulation.
The phases in between offer space for balance and gentle continuity.

Working with the moon is not about changing yourself or following a belief system. It’s an invitation to pay attention to rhythm rather than urgency, and to allow care to meet you where you are — not where you think you should be.

You’re always welcome to receive treatment outside of lunar timing if that’s what feels most supportive. The moon is offered here as a guide, not a demand.
Lunar ritual availability will be aligned with the current lunar cycle to honour rest, rhythm, and change
