In contrast to the manipulation techniques used in Swedish and hot stone massage, it is the essential oils in an aromatherapy treatment that produce the desired results, therefore it involves more gentle, slower movements. I use pre-blended oils designed to help produce a range of results including relaxing, energising or calming, relief from muscle tension and so on. As scent is obviously a large part of an aromatherapy treatment, I will give you the opportunity to experience the aroma of each available blend prior to you deciding which you would like to select for your treatment. This is a highly recommended treatment for those who enjoy the relaxation of a gentle massage, combined with the gorgeous aromas of your chosen pre-blended oil. Definitely one of my favourites!
