This restorative massage uses sustainably sourced bamboo compressed into smooth lightweight sticks of varying sizes that are used to knead, roll and stretch your muscles, often providing a firmer and more consistent pressure than hands alone. This unique method helps to melt away tension and stiffness in the muscles without discomfort which can aid recovery of tight muscles due to poor posture and/or exercise. It will improve circulation which helps to deliver oxygen to muscles and flush out toxins. It also contributes to holistic wellness by addressing both the body and mind, and with regular sessions it has the potential to improve sleep quality and overall mood.
